Coordinate safety recalls, distribute technical service bulletins, support motorcycle homologation, maintain accurate ERP data, and collaborate on aftersales projects and company events. The role requires strong communication, organization, mechanical understanding, customer focus, and proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and ERP systems.
