Lead and execute the Always On revenue program to drive upsell and cross-sell across members. Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using React/Next.js and TypeScript. Collaborate across design, product, and engineering, provide technical feedback, use GraphQL/REST, manage complex client state, and support backend Python and AWS infrastructure. Emphasize scalability, performance, security, and CI/CD containerized deployments while adopting AI-driven automation and agentic workflows.

Serve as engineering lead for Fool.com and Motley Fool Money: set technical direction, write and review code, mentor engineers, own production reliability (incident response, observability), integrate AI/LLM features, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to align technical strategy with business goals.
