The Brand & Web Designer will shape and maintain the brand's visual identity, execute design work in Figma and Webflow, support marketing campaigns, and enhance the website's performance while ensuring high-quality visuals across all platforms and assets.

Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and deployments, own Time to Value (TTV), coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks and escalations, deliver training, track implementation milestones and documentation, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure clean handoffs to post-sale teams to drive retention and adoption.
