Conduct inside sales and business development for SAP and AI solutions, generate leads, engage B2B customers, manage North American accounts and time zones, and build relationships through effective presentations, negotiations, and CRM management.

Supports and independently manages small to mid-size SAP implementation, support, and workstream projects. Responsibilities include maintaining project plans, tracking deliverables, risks, issues, budgets, resources, and timelines; coordinating cross-functional teams and meetings; supporting testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare; monitoring AMS tickets and SLAs; and maintaining project documentation and stakeholder communication.

Lead end-to-end SAP implementation and application support projects from planning and blueprinting through go-live and hypercare. Manage schedules, budgets, scope, risks, resources, governance, testing, cutover, stakeholder communications, and service-level adherence. Coordinate functional and technical SAP consultants across distributed teams, oversee change control and reporting, maintain project documentation, and mentor junior staff. The role requires SAP project management experience, familiarity with SAP methodologies and functional areas, strong client-facing skills, and experience managing full-cycle implementations, migrations, rollouts, upgrades, or AMS engagements.
