Drive customer implementations of Motif’s Design product from pilot through adoption. Responsibilities include technical validation, product demonstrations, custom architecture and proof-of-concept design, deployment integration, training, onboarding content, and customer feedback. The role partners with Sales, Customer Success, and Forward Deployed Engineering, requires daily onsite customer engagement in NYC and frequent travel. Candidates need architecture practice experience, computational design expertise, customer-facing technical experience, and hands-on AI agent development.

Drive customer implementation and adoption of Motif’s Design product from pilot through full deployment. Responsibilities include technical validation, product demonstrations, custom architecture and proof-of-concept design, deployment integration, customer training, onboarding content, and product feedback. The role partners with Sales, Customer Success, and Forward Deployed Engineering teams, requires architecture practice experience, and involves approximately 50% domestic and international travel with five days per week onsite.
