Own full-funnel growth across self-serve activation and sales pipeline. Responsibilities include conversion optimization, webinars, social, AEO, re-engagement, segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and cross-channel experimentation. Analyze cohorts, funnels, activation, and acquisition efficiency using SQL, build agent workflows with LLM tools, manage audiences and automations, own social and nurture programs, and scale successful plays through marketing operations.

The Business Development Representative will identify and qualify leads, educate prospects, collaborate with teams, and maintain a sales pipeline.

Design and implement core server and client extension logic to run DuckDB locally and in the cloud. Lead projects across execution, resource allocation, and reliability; optimize embedded database performance and distributed execution; collaborate with frontend, platform, and infrastructure teams; debug production issues with support; mentor engineers and contribute to DuckDB community and documentation.
