Leads an automotive dealership sales team to achieve vehicle volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals. Responsibilities include recruiting, scheduling, training, motivating, and developing sales staff; setting sales and profit objectives; monitoring policy and legal compliance; building customer relationships; supporting deal closing; and establishing monthly operating targets.

Sells vehicle financing and after-sale products, structures profitable and collectible deals, submits applications to lenders, makes credit decisions, closes transactions, and ensures fee collection and contract funding. Maintains compliance with title, registration, tax, loan, and regulatory requirements; prepares and audits documentation; builds lender relationships; and delivers ethical, professional customer service.
