Manage internet, phone, and live chat sales leads; identify customers’ vehicle needs; provide product information and financing options; schedule appointments; maintain CRM follow-up systems; support vehicle deliveries; and build repeat and referral business. The role requires ethical automotive sales practices, strong communication and computer skills, accurate data entry, knowledge of web tools, a valid California driver’s license, and a clean driving record.

Manages dealership financing transactions, structures profitable and collectible deals, submits applications to lenders, makes credit decisions, sells finance and after-sale products, ensures regulatory compliance, prepares contracts, audits deals, secures funding, and maintains lender relationships. Provides customer service while following title, registration, tax, loan, and dealership procedures.

Leads an automotive dealership sales team to achieve vehicle volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, scheduling, motivating, and developing sales staff; establishing sales and profit objectives; monitoring compliance; building customer relationships; and assisting with sales closing. Requires dealership sales or management experience, financing knowledge, leadership ability, a valid California driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
