Drive proactive customer engagement and adoption of the SaaS product, identify upsell opportunities, monitor KPIs to reduce churn and grow revenue, act as product ambassador collecting feedback, and continuously improve customer journey and processes to boost satisfaction and retention.

Identify and qualify leads (CFOs and finance leaders) in the Netherlands via multi-channel outreach, perform market research, maintain accurate customer data and pipelines, and collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to support the full sales cycle and improve funnel conversion.

The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle, presenting solutions, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for prospects.
