Teams at Moss

Design, build, and deploy AI-powered products using frontier LLMs. Create agents, RAG systems, and backend services; evaluate and improve model quality, ensure trust/privacy, and collaborate with product, design, and finance teams.

Own Moss’s technology vendor and contract landscape, including negotiations, renewals, licensing, and commercial optimization. Manage the Tech Operations budget, reduce shadow IT, and lead company-wide platform migrations, consolidations, and retirements. Establish intake processes, KPIs, and reporting while partnering with Legal, People Ops, FP&A, Information Security, and Tech Operations. The role also requires hands-on IT capability, practical AI automation experience, and strong documentation and process ownership.

As a Partnerships Associate, identify and assess potential partners, build a pipeline, and support relationship management to facilitate strategic partnerships.
