Lead a product area end-to-end: define roadmap, run discovery, set OKRs, prioritise from customer insights, manage dependencies, partner with engineering and design, and build a 12–18 month AI-first product vision to deliver measurable outcomes.

Own Moss’s pricing and deal desk, approving non-standard pricing, discounts, and commercial terms while maintaining governance and deal velocity. Analyze discount discipline, price realization, deal structure, and win rates; develop segment-specific pricing guidance; coach sales representatives; and partner with Customer Success. The role also improves an AI-powered deal desk agent by reviewing its recommendations, correcting errors, and converting recurring exceptions into scalable rules and playbooks.

Lead end-to-end backend development for Moss’s accounting platform, collaborating with product managers, designers, frontend engineers, and other stakeholders. Design and deliver scalable Java and Spring-based services, APIs, and integrations; write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests; plan feature rollouts; monitor performance and user feedback; and proactively resolve issues. Contribute to technical planning, product decisions, delivery estimates, prioritization, and team collaboration while maintaining reliable, maintainable, and high-quality systems.
