Partner with hiring managers and leadership across locations, improve interview and candidate processes, and share recruiting insights with the wider team. Use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and n8n to improve recruiting efficiency. Build strong candidate and stakeholder relationships while sourcing and closing hard-to-reach talent.

Own go-to-market and revenue planning, financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. Partner with commercial and functional leaders to evaluate growth, profitability, pricing, and investment decisions. Lead board and investor performance reporting, define finance metrics, and collaborate with Data on finance pipelines and automation. The role requires strong financial modeling, strategic finance experience, quantitative judgment, and cross-functional communication in a high-growth SaaS and payments environment.
