Provides operational and client-facing support for membership sales, including managing inquiries, qualifying and advancing leads, scheduling interviews and tours, maintaining CRM records, building reports, processing applications and payments, and guiding new members through onboarding. The role also supports membership events, conducts overflow tours and calls, coordinates with Finance, and helps deliver a high-touch hospitality experience for members and prospects.
