The role requires HRIS exposure, Microsoft Office proficiency, remote work capability, and travel as needed. UKG experience, HR department experience, and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Leads Mosaic Consulting Group’s IT strategy, security program, SOC compliance, IT support, identity and access management, endpoint management, vendors, and technology roadmap. Oversees onboarding, offboarding, device management, incident response, audits, risk controls, and global workforce support. Builds the IT function, improves scalability and resilience, manages budgets, and advises leaders on technical risks and secure AI adoption.

Manage a high-volume Tier 3 customer portfolio using playbook-driven touchpoints and self-service resources. Track CSAT, NPS, referenceability, retention, and account contacts in Salesforce. Monitor accounts for growth and expansion signals, escalate tier-up opportunities to senior customer success leaders, and identify strong customer outcomes for references and case studies.
