Lead design and execution of succession planning and leadership pipeline strategies. Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to build leadership capabilities, monitor pipeline health, mitigate talent risks, deploy development frameworks, and provide talent insights and governance to support workforce planning and executive development.

Lead organizational design and workforce planning initiatives, translate analytics into org solutions, support restructuring and M&A, build OE frameworks, and enable HRBPs with data-driven insights to align talent strategies with business priorities.
