Provides advanced HR operations and customer service support through ServiceNow and Workday. Processes employee transactions, organizational changes, leaves, terminations, benefits documentation, payroll inputs, and HR tickets. Resolves escalated issues, maintains confidential records, supports leaders and employees, updates procedures, manages knowledge transfer, and assists with audits and projects.

Provides project controls and financial analysis for capital projects, including budgeting, accruals, forecasting, variance analysis, journal entries, vendor payment reviews, cost tracking, schedule updates, and project closeout reporting. Partners with engineering project managers, capital teams, procurement, and project stakeholders to support capital planning, internal controls, workflow approvals, and compliance. Maintains project records and systems while assisting with purchase order closure and fixed-asset capitalization.

Manage capital engineering projects from initiation through design, construction, commissioning, startup, turnover, and closeout. Responsibilities include scope, schedule, budget, safety, quality, contractor and engineering-firm management, funding approvals, procurement support, bid evaluation, status reporting, and stakeholder coordination. Projects involve geotechnical, environmental, water conveyance, mine expansion, and gypsum stack systems.
