Manages North American health, retirement, wellness, leave, and related benefits programs. Oversees program performance, financial planning, supplier strategy, compliance, regulatory filings, population-health analysis, and employee experience. Develops business cases, cost models, dashboards, and executive recommendations; supports labor negotiations and cross-functional implementation. Leads vendor performance management, risk oversight, governance, and corrective actions while balancing cost, compliance, workforce health, and operational priorities.

Lead capital markets and treasury activities, including debt issuance, credit facilities, bonds, liability management, share repurchases, interest-rate risk, and capital structure analysis. Manage credit rating agency relationships, forecast interest expense and credit metrics, prepare management and Board materials, support treasury initiatives, and execute SOX compliance controls. Partner with banks, senior leaders, global businesses, and corporate functions while addressing complex financial and risk-management matters.

Manage sustaining capital projects at a potash mining facility from initiation through commissioning and closeout. Lead multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders while controlling scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, safety, and operational objectives. Partner with operations, maintenance, engineering, reliability, and production teams to improve safety, reliability, efficiency, sustainability, and asset performance. Prepare execution plans, cost forecasts, performance metrics, leadership updates, and project recommendations.
