Provide electrical reliability subject-matter expertise to improve asset health and availability. Monitor reliability results, perform root cause analysis, develop and deploy preventive/predictive maintenance and asset strategies, coordinate power system studies and minor model updates, support troubleshooting, authorize work permits and LOTO plans, and collaborate with operations, maintenance, and contractors to drive sustained reliability improvements.

Provides electrical engineering and asset reliability expertise for industrial power infrastructure from 480V to 69kV. Responsibilities include optimizing preventive and predictive maintenance, conducting root cause analyses, supporting capital planning, coordinating power system studies, updating models, auditing equipment, supervising contractors, interpreting test results, and developing lockout-tagout plans. The role collaborates with operations, maintenance, and reliability teams to improve asset health, reduce downtime, and sustain operational gains.

Design and implement employee experience strategy and lifecycle (onboarding, development, engagement). Lead listening strategy and analyze feedback to drive improvements. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, support EVP and inclusion efforts, and partner with HR COEs and business leaders to enhance culture and performance.
