Leads financial business partnering for the global Commercial organization, providing strategic insights, performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, margin analysis, pricing support, working capital optimization, and capital investment guidance. Advises business leadership through financial modeling and scenario analysis, ensures alignment with corporate FP&A and financial policies, and leads and develops finance team members across regional and global stakeholders.

Leads local and state government relations, political advocacy, public policy analysis, stakeholder engagement, and public affairs strategies for Mosaic. Builds relationships with government, community, nonprofit, and industry stakeholders; advises leadership on emerging issues; develops communications and advocacy plans; and supports the company’s license to operate. Manages at least two direct reports and collaborates across a global, highly matrixed organization.

Provides advanced HR systems and transaction support using Workday and ServiceNow. Resolves complex HR inquiries, access issues, organizational updates, international transfers, executive moves, and service tickets. Supports testing, systemic issue research, reporting, audits, performance analytics, and process improvement while maintaining confidentiality. Coordinates with HR technology, centers of excellence, and HR business partners, and provides backup phone and ticket support.
