Administer Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise platforms, develop reusable CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code templates, secure Azure environments, and support teams adopting governed DevOps practices. Responsibilities include platform administration, automation, onboarding, documentation, training, troubleshooting, compliance monitoring, and technical consultation. The role requires experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, Terraform or Bicep, CI/CD practices, source control, permissions, approvals, and artifact management.

Supports Workday and ServiceNow HR systems by processing complex transactions, resolving access and organizational issues, managing tickets, performing reporting and testing, and researching systemic problems. Provides customer service to HR leaders, managers, and employees; coordinates with HRIT, HR business partners, and centers of excellence; maintains confidentiality; conducts audit checks; analyzes system performance; and recommends process improvements.

Designs, implements, monitors, and supports global Cisco voice and data network infrastructure, including WAN, LAN, wireless, firewalls, VPNs, and remote access. Provides Tier 2 and Tier 3 production support, network performance and capacity planning, security design assistance, audit remediation, documentation, monitoring-tool development, and mentorship for network operations teams while following change-management and security policies.
