Manage the full accounts payable cycle for assigned construction projects and companies, including invoice verification, data entry, cheque runs, payment processing, reconciliations, vendor setup, discrepancy resolution, metric tracking, filing, and process improvements. Partner with construction and closing teams to manage commitments, change orders, holdbacks, and billing matters.

Supports new-home sales operations and assists customers making major real estate purchases. The role includes customer relationship building, sales support, maintaining organized and efficient workflows, and working across various sales locations and shifts, including weekends. Extensive training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities are provided.

Leads Mosaic’s IT team and technology strategy, overseeing infrastructure, cloud systems, cybersecurity, business continuity, helpdesk operations, vendors, budgets, and IT projects. Develops long-term roadmaps, improves system reliability, guides AI governance and adoption, manages technology risks and compliance, and supports organizational transformation. The role also recruits and develops IT staff, communicates technical matters to leadership, and regularly supports sites throughout the Lower Mainland.
