Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, storerooms, and equipment; receive and inspect deliveries; perform dishroom duties; set up and break down catering stations; manage inventory and FIFO rotation; perform deep cleaning and night-cleaner tasks; assist with transporting supplies and waste removal.
