Lead enterprise FP&A including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and performance reporting. Partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Plant Controllers to deliver variance analysis, pricing and margin insights, decision-support dashboards, and CAPEX ROI reviews. Improve allocation methodologies, ensure data quality in planning systems, and drive margin, cash flow, and operational efficiency improvements.

Lead accounting and finance functions including payroll, AP/AR, grower payments, financial reporting, budgeting, audits, internal controls, cash and inventory management. Support operations and strategic planning, ensure regulatory and GAAP compliance, coordinate with auditors, banks, HR vendors, and oversee insurance and crop lien procedures. Weekend work during harvest as needed.
