Designs and oversees construction of site-development infrastructure, including roads, utilities, drainage, grading, permitting, cost estimates, and budgets. Leads project tasks, coordinates with clients and multidisciplinary teams, guides junior engineers, prepares technical reports and construction documents, and provides construction administration. The role offers growth toward Engineer of Record responsibilities and supports business development activities.

Designs and delivers civil airport infrastructure projects, including runways, taxiways, terminal expansions, and site development, from concept through construction. Responsibilities include preparing design packages, technical reports, specifications, cost estimates, and construction administration support; coordinating with project teams and clients; guiding junior staff; ensuring FAA and permitting compliance; and progressing toward Engineer of Record responsibilities.

Designs and documents low-voltage building technology systems, including structured cabling, security, audiovisual, public address, access control, surveillance, intercom, and wireless networks. Coordinates Revit models with architects and engineers, prepares specifications, researches products, and supports configuration and commissioning. Conducts site inspections, reviews submittals, responds to RFIs, creates punch lists and technical reports, attends meetings, manages project deadlines, and supports process improvements and client relationships.
