Develop and grow a sales territory by prospecting independent pharmacies and healthcare customers, building relationships, negotiating pricing, securing orders, and identifying profitability opportunities. The role manages customer inquiries and escalations, analyzes purchasing trends, uses CRM and sales data to identify growth opportunities, and collaborates with internal teams to deliver strong customer service and sales results.

Configure and maintain customer EDI connections, monitor transactions, troubleshoot data exchange failures, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve issues with customers and internal teams. Gather requirements, document configurations and workflows, support testing and implementations, and identify process improvements. The role requires strong analytical, communication, organizational, and customer-support skills, with familiarity with business systems, data environments, and productivity tools.

Maintain and update contract pricing and customer eligibility, manage high-volume chargeback lines, resolve pricing/data discrepancies, collaborate with manufacturers/GPOs/internal teams, analyze data with Excel/other tools, and support process improvements and cross-training.
