Develops Joint Business Plans, manages retailer relationships, oversees inventory and sales performance, and coordinates omnichannel launches and brand activations across marketing, planning, operations, finance, and field teams. Identifies distribution opportunities, presents commercial recommendations, and supports long-term retailer partnerships.

Lead influencer marketing strategy and campaigns across UK, Ireland and Europe. Manage influencer relationships, agencies, Creator IQ database, sample coordination, event logistics, and performance reporting. Collaborate cross-functionally to amplify paid and organic creator content, support retail activations, and optimise ROI through data-driven insights.

Support the Business Manager by driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, managing store operations and inventory, coaching and developing the team, executing merchandising and visual standards, and assisting with events and loss-prevention to meet financial and KPI goals.
