Part-time office associate supporting daily property operations, delivering customer service, creating workflows and checklists, assisting the Property Manager, and helping maintain property appearance.

Lead daily marina operations and a small team, ensure property maintenance, safety, and customer satisfaction; manage transient boaters and rental fleet; drive operational improvements and deliver premium customer service.

Provide exceptional customer service to boaters, maintain and improve marina property and facilities, perform hands-on dock and boat assistance, enforce safety and regulatory standards, and work weekends as needed. Must pass background check.
