Produce and host engaging short- and long-form business videos for social platforms and YouTube. Responsibilities include pitching story ideas, researching topics, securing interviews, writing editorial scripts, appearing on camera, operating cameras, and guiding editors and motion graphics designers. The role requires strong visual storytelling, communication, presentation, and content production skills, along with basic Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop knowledge.

Supervising Producer will shape and execute long-form YouTube business content from pitch approval through scripting, filming, editing, and packaging. Responsibilities include guiding producers, strengthening story structure, collaborating with editors and graphics teams, developing production timelines, pitching story ideas, and applying YouTube analytics to editorial decisions. The role requires strong business storytelling, platform strategy expertise, collaboration, leadership, and a willingness to work hands-on in the edit and field.

Produces and edits branded video content across short-form and long-form formats. Partners with sales, account operations, and creative strategy on pitches; manages client feedback, deliverables, budgets, contracts, and third-party production partners. Serves as production manager and director of photography on set, while contributing to editorial video projects. Requires Adobe Premiere expertise, branded video production experience, social platform knowledge, strong organization, communication, creativity, and deadline management.
