Serve as a strategic HR business partner for the Talent Solutions unit: advise leaders on org design and workforce planning, manage performance and employee relations, ensure legal and regulatory compliance, run investigations, analyze turnover metrics, and support strategic HR projects to improve retention and performance.

Lead technical accounting and global consolidation functions, ensuring GAAP compliance, audit readiness, and policy development. Oversee revenue recognition, lease and fixed asset accounting, intercompany eliminations, and private-equity reporting. Build scalable processes, implement automation/AI tools, and manage a global accounting team supporting growth, M&A, and cross-functional initiatives.

Manage technical accounting areas (leases, fixed assets, stock comp, goodwill, international accounting), ensure GAAP compliance, prepare and review financial statements and external reporting, maintain Adaptive reporting tool, perform complex reconciliations, support audits and tax filings, collaborate on process improvements, assist FP&A with budgets/forecasts and cash flow, and supervise staff.
