Sets up, operates, and maintains CNC mills and machining centers to produce custom steel components. Reads blueprints, selects tooling, loads materials, adjusts machine settings, inspects parts with precision instruments, troubleshoots equipment, maintains production records, and follows safety and quality procedures. The role also supports machine efficiency, continuous improvement, workplace organization, and training of new machinists.
