Lead cross-functional agile teams to design and deliver data frameworks, analytics platforms, and automation across front office, risk, finance, operations and technology. Manage multi-workstream consulting engagements, project plans, risks, change management, and stakeholder communication while driving data-driven solutions and continuous improvement.

Lead lifecycle and performance marketing to drive acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. Build automated journeys (HubSpot), run paid search and social campaigns, manage media budgets, run A/B and multivariate tests, maintain analytics dashboards (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau), scale affiliate programs, and ensure regulatory compliance with internal Compliance and Morgan Stanley integrations.

Support first-line regulatory and compliance programs for U.S. Banks (Regulation W), reviewing affiliate transactions, coordinating audits, driving system enhancements, collaborating with technology/data teams for tracking/reporting, and partnering with business units to identify Reg W requirements and controls.
