Supports HR information governance and workforce data lifecycle practices, including retention, archival, disposition, policy development, data stewardship, reference data management, and data quality improvement. The role coordinates with business, technology, legal, compliance, and risk stakeholders to implement practical governance controls, resolve data issues, strengthen compliance, and improve data management processes.

Lead development and support of equities algorithmic trading strategies, analytical tools, and scalable low-latency Java trading infrastructure. Partner with trading, quantitative, and IT teams across the software development lifecycle, from requirements and design through deployment. Improve system performance, resilience, execution quality, and signal analysis while leading globally distributed teams.

Lead design and implementation of supervisory controls for Wealth Management to mitigate sales practice and investment risks. Assess control effectiveness, identify and prioritize enhancements (including AI where appropriate), coordinate with Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Risk stakeholders, and present proposals to governance committees.
