Lead the end-to-end delivery of a strategic cryptocurrency and digital assets initiative within Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. Responsibilities include defining the roadmap and business requirements, coordinating Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Audit, and vendors, establishing governance, managing controls and operational readiness, resolving issues, communicating with executives, and driving post-launch improvements.
