Owns integrated digital marketing strategy, budgets, campaigns, content, paid media, SEO, website experiences, analytics, and lead generation. Manages campaigns across search, social, programmatic, CTV, and audio channels; tracks ROI and performance; oversees vendors and creative partners; and leads a Digital Media Coordinator. The role also supports event promotion, storytelling, stakeholder reporting, and cross-functional campaign execution.

Patrols and secures park premises, inspects bags, monitors for suspicious activity, documents incidents, reports hazards, enforces park policies, and provides customer-focused security presence. Participates in training and upholds company values and professional standards in an outdoor park environment.

Drive group sales and revenue by managing the full sales cycle for private events and group experiences. Prospect and cultivate clients, prepare proposals and contracts, coordinate event logistics, lead and develop the group sales and event team, maintain community relationships, and oversee post-event follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
