Manage a varied caseload supporting attorneys: obtain medical records, interact with clients, insurers and providers, prepare demands and litigation documents, maintain organized files, and present case synopses. In-office role with bonus plan.

Manage high-volume pre-lit personal injury (primarily auto) cases: draft and file pre-lit documents, complete flip-to-lit and TD approvals, oversee settlement negotiations and demand packages, manage release approvals, supervise 6–10 Case Managers, guide clients, enforce compliance and KPIs, and handle EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements.

Manage personal injury case files from intake to closing under attorney direction. Interact with clients, insurers, and medical providers; order records; prepare demands and documentation; negotiate settlements and medical bill reductions; maintain organized files and collaborate with attorneys and coworkers.
