Support attorneys managing workers’ compensation claims from intake through resolution. Responsibilities include opening and maintaining case files, preparing filings, tracking deadlines, coordinating medical records and treatment, monitoring benefits and payments, communicating with clients, scheduling appointments and mediations, and maintaining accurate documentation while following confidentiality, HIPAA, and firm procedures.

Supports attorneys and case managers by organizing client files, processing records requests and certified mail, preparing documents and standard letters, assisting with demand letters, and maintaining electronic files. The role rotates among office teams while building case management skills and preparing for advancement into a Case Manager position.

Manages personal injury case files from intake through closing under attorney direction. Responsibilities include communicating with clients, insurers, healthcare providers, and attorneys; ordering medical records; gathering liability and injury documentation; preparing demands; negotiating settlements and medical balance reductions; maintaining organized files; and presenting case summaries. The role requires strong organization, communication, writing, multitasking, negotiation, and computer skills.
