Develop and manage referral relationships with law firms across South Florida. The Referral Manager prospects for new partners, conducts in-person meetings, educates attorneys about Morgan & Morgan services, oversees referred matters, tracks business development metrics, and meets lead-generation and financial goals. The role is designed for an established attorney with strong legal credibility, communication skills, organization, and relationship-building experience.

Handles high-volume pre-litigation personal injury cases, primarily motor vehicle, trucking, and premises liability matters. Responsibilities include client guidance, pre-litigation filings, liability reviews, demand packages, settlement negotiations, release approvals, recorded statements, and EUOs. The attorney will also manage 6–10 case managers, enforce compliance and KPIs, and support case progression. Requires a Georgia Bar license, law degree, and at least two years of personal injury experience.
