Provide Level 2 desktop/laptop and mobility support for attorneys and staff, perform installations/upgrades, troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and telephony issues, document resolutions, support rollouts and remote trial sites, and liaise with Level 3 engineers and firm telecom.

Support Partners with billing for assigned clients and matters: review matter setup, time and cost entries, prepare and submit invoices via eBilling systems, monitor receivables, resolve rejections, produce month-end proformas, and assist with client billing setup and communications under supervision.

Lead IT product lifecycle: define strategy and roadmaps, gather and prioritize requirements, manage backlog/sprints/releases, ensure CI/CD via DevOps/Jira, coordinate stakeholders, run UAT, track KPIs, and develop training and supporting processes. Hybrid role based in Philadelphia.
