Supports attorneys with trademark and copyright portfolio management, prosecution, maintenance, enforcement, due diligence, clearance searches, registration filings, TTAB matters, client correspondence, and deadline coordination. The role requires at least six years of law-firm trademark prosecution and maintenance experience, strong legal research and organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Provides paralegal support for trademark and copyright portfolio management, prosecution, maintenance, enforcement, and IP due diligence. Responsibilities include preparing trademark, service mark, copyright, TTAB, and title update filings; conducting trademark clearance searches; drafting client and counsel correspondence; tracking deadlines; and coordinating updates with attorneys and clients. Requires two to three years of law-firm trademark experience, strong organization, legal research skills, and preferably a paralegal certificate.

Supports HR business partners and attorneys with personnel records, HR documents, employee inquiries, onboarding, departures, evaluations, compliance, employment verifications, Workday transactions, HRIS reporting, and special projects. Maintains confidential records, coordinates with HR teams, supports I-9 and immigration processes, and helps ensure policies and regulatory requirements are followed.
