Leads warehousing, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, and distribution across multiple facilities and shifts. Manages personnel, staffing, budgets, KPIs, safety, food safety, SQF compliance, audits, SAP warehouse processes, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinates cross-functional operations, supports facility and system projects, and ensures efficient movement and storage of materials and finished products.

Owns the strategy, profitability, pricing, commercialization, and lifecycle of private-label and co-manufactured food product categories. Leads category planning, financial analysis, innovation, customer presentations, and cross-functional execution from concept through post-launch review. Partners with Sales, Operations, R&D, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, and Regulatory to identify growth opportunities, improve margins, and deliver customer-focused solutions. The role is hybrid in Austin, Indiana, with travel under 10%.

Supervise logistics and warehouse operations, including pallet flow, inventory control, cycle counts, shipment scheduling, material coordination, and warehouse organization. Lead union employees, administer contract requirements, enforce safety and procedures, manage attendance, train staff, resolve discrepancies, monitor performance metrics, and coordinate pallet rentals. Collaborate with supply chain management and HR while supporting budget compliance and shift coverage.
