Assists with managing heavy civil construction projects in Nevada, including contract administration, change orders, performance tracking, scheduling, budgeting, quality systems, safety compliance, subcontractor coordination, and issue resolution. Works closely with superintendents, field supervisors, clients, and stakeholders on rotational 12-hour shifts in outdoor and remote environments. The role requires supporting project delivery while maintaining company, OSHA, MSHA, and regulatory standards.

Supervise heavy civil construction crews on Nevada projects, including earthworks, mining, highways, dams, landfills, utilities, and pad construction. Delegate tasks, support productivity and training, coordinate equipment maintenance, maintain quality and safety standards, conduct job hazard assessments, communicate with clients and site personnel, operate two-way radios, and perform labor duties as needed. The role requires rotational day or night shifts, outdoor work, and physical lifting.
