Provide one-on-one and small-group adaptive skills training to adults with autism or developmental disabilities. Implement individualized IPP/ISP goals, positive behavior supports, alternative communication strategies, supervise for safety, document progress, respond to crises, assist with community integration and daily living tasks, and coordinate with Program Director and stakeholders.

Provide one-to-one instructional and behavioral support to students with autism and developmental disabilities. Follow IEP goals and behavior plans, assist with academic and daily living skills, collect data, support personal care, participate in activities and trainings, and ensure student safety under the direction of the classroom teacher.
