Leads daily manufacturing operations, production teams, scheduling, performance metrics, Lean and 6S initiatives, equipment troubleshooting, labor costs, safety, and continuous improvement. Coaches employees, coordinates with Engineering, Quality, and HR, supports employee relations, and works on assembly equipment. The role is primarily shop-floor based in a manufacturing environment with PPE, noise, dust, and material-handling requirements.

Configure and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across manufacturing operations and supply chain functions. Responsibilities include production control, inventory, procurement, planning, warehousing, Advanced WMS, functional documentation, testing, training, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and coordination with process owners, site SMEs, data teams, technical teams, and system integrators across Europe.

Executes and supports infrastructure solutions across LATAM manufacturing sites, including Azure Virtual Desktop, networks, servers, cloud services, patching, hardening, change management, documentation, and troubleshooting. Coordinates vendors, procurement, and site teams while supporting modernization, AI infrastructure, cybersecurity compliance, and operational technology environments. Requires strong networking, Python automation, bilingual English-Spanish communication, and experience with manufacturing, OT, and digital transformation initiatives.
