Coordinates bulk and packaged product orders from customer request through manufacturing, warehousing, and delivery. Serves as the primary customer contact, communicates timelines, uses operational data and systems to anticipate demand, resolves order issues, supports compliance and quality initiatives, and recommends process improvements. The role also contributes to onboarding, training, stakeholder meetings, and cross-functional collaboration.

Operate feed mill production processes, including manufacturing, packaging, labeling, ingredient receiving, product sampling, truck loading, and weighing. Monitor automated mill software, follow production schedules, perform preventative maintenance, support repairs, and maintain facility cleanliness. The role requires shift work, manual labor, attention to quality and safety, teamwork, adaptability, and independent decision-making. Feed mill experience, forklift certification, and WHMIS certification are considered assets but are not required.

Operates feed mill production processes, including manufacturing, packaging, labeling, ingredient receiving, product loadout, truck weighing, quality sampling, and production schedule adherence. Performs preventative maintenance, assists with equipment repairs, maintains facility cleanliness, and monitors automated mill software. The role requires shift work, manual labor, teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality. Training is provided, and prior feed mill experience is not required.

Assist with daily transloading operations by executing unload schedules, inspecting and sampling railcars and ingredients, scaling railcars and trucks, reconciling transactions, completing documentation, facilitating railcar movement, maintaining the yard, supporting equipment maintenance, and providing production backup. The role emphasizes rail and feed safety compliance, customer service, operational efficiency, organization, and teamwork.

Supports regional production operations by coordinating daily production schedules, warehousing and delivery plans, plant operations, employee onboarding and training, inventory reconciliation, HACCP compliance, audits, safety practices, and process improvement. The role also assists with quality investigations, PPE inventory, staff reviews, and backfilling plant production as needed.

Operate feed mill equipment to manufacture, package, label, and load animal feed. Monitor automated mill software, inspect and sample inbound ingredients, weigh trucks, perform preventative maintenance, assist repairs, maintain facility cleanliness, and follow production schedules and safety procedures.
