Manage end-to-end payroll for complex hospitality-sector client portfolios across weekly, fortnightly, and monthly cycles. Responsibilities include variable pay, tronc, NMW compliance, statutory payments, RTI filings, pension auto-enrolment, holiday pay advice, year-end processing, reconciliations, and payment files. The role requires independent client portfolio management, accurate handling of high-volume starters and leavers, and coordination of multi-site, multi-brand payrolls.

Provides administrative and client support for financial planners, including preparing meeting documentation, processing pension and investment applications, maintaining client records, managing policy servicing, coordinating transfers, and supporting FCA compliance reviews. The role also handles provider communications, client enquiries, office administration, and process improvement while developing expertise in wealth management products and financial planning procedures.

Manage a portfolio of private clients delivering personal tax compliance and advisory services for high-net-worth individuals, partnerships and owner-managed businesses. Act as primary client contact, handle capital gains matters, support ad hoc advisory and compliance assignments, attend client meetings, propose fees, monitor WIP and liaise with internal teams to deliver integrated tax solutions.
