Manage a portfolio of valuation engagements from inception to completion, delivering technical valuation analyses and clear reports. Build client relationships, lead junior staff, ensure risk and client take-on compliance, contribute to business development, thought leadership, and training within the Valuation Services team.

Manage end-to-end payroll for complex hospitality clients including tronc, variable pay, multi-site payrolls, RTI filings, pension auto-enrolment, T&A integrations, HMRC correspondence, year-end processes, and client advisory on pay and working time.

Lead design and implementation of flexible benefits platforms for corporate clients, acting as project manager. Advise senior stakeholders on reward strategy, manage providers and budgets, use data to evaluate programmes, ensure compliance with UK regulation, drive engagement and continuous improvement, and support business development and governance.
