Leads buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for private equity and strategic clients. Analyzes financial results, operational trends, working capital, quality of earnings, cash flow, debt, and projections; identifies transaction risks and valuation considerations; presents findings to stakeholders; supports transaction advisory services; manages client relationships; and mentors team members.

Assist assurance professionals with financial statement preparation, GAAP disclosures, internal control documentation and testing, audit engagements, reviews, compilations, research, and consulting projects. The intern will work with senior associates and gain hands-on experience in auditing and public accounting while developing client service and communication skills.
