Maintain safe, compliant operation of passenger vessels by performing preventive and corrective maintenance on diesel engines, propulsion, electrical, hydraulic and auxiliary systems; diagnose and repair failures; plan projects and order parts; complete inspections and maintenance records; coordinate with crew and vendors; respond to scheduled and emergency maintenance; promote safety, environmental compliance, and reliability.

Lead the North Bay Engineering team to maintain fleet safety, reliability, and compliance. Oversee vessel, facility, and terminal maintenance; schedule and prioritize preventative and corrective work; perform quality control and inspections; manage contractors and communications with leadership; collaborate with operations to diagnose issues and optimize maintenance plans; deliver performance reports to WETA.
