Lead strategy, execution, optimization, budgeting, measurement, and innovation for digital advertising campaigns supporting online violence prevention. Provide technical direction, troubleshooting, coaching, quality assurance, and performance analysis across platforms. Develop creative approaches including video, visual storytelling, influencer partnerships, interactive content, and AI-enabled tools. Collaborate with intervention, evaluation, product, engineering, clients, funders, and external partners while ensuring ethical, compliant, and privacy-conscious campaign delivery.

Supports online violence prevention projects by identifying campaign audiences, designing and optimizing multilingual digital campaigns, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, and contributing to research, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting. The role also assists with partner capacity building, client communications, project coordination, budget tracking, contracts, supplier management, and ethical safeguarding practices while working with sensitive online-harm content.

Supports the technical implementation, management, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of paid digital advertising campaigns across search engines, social media, and alternative platforms. Analyzes campaign, keyword, audience, and engagement data; produces performance reports; tests advertising assets; supports measurement, quality assurance, campaign spend tracking, and project reporting. Collaborates with campaign managers and multidisciplinary teams to reach niche audiences related to violence prevention and online harms.
