Leads technology strategy and transformation for Moonpig’s Experiences business. Oversees architecture, platform modernisation, data capabilities, partner ecosystems, and customer journeys across marketplace operations. Partners with senior executives to align technology investment with commercial outcomes, leads engineering and data teams, and develops technology leadership capability. The role includes assessing replatforming opportunities, shaping application and data architecture, and guiding cross-functional squads through large-scale transformation.
