Lead UK marketing strategy-to-execution operations: run annual and quarterly planning, own the marketing budget and calendar, build performance dashboards and measurement (attribution/incrementality), manage campaign workflows and operating rhythms, drive post-campaign learning, present performance to leadership, and improve tools, processes and partnerships across marketing teams and agencies.

The Group Financial Controller will lead external reporting, compliance, risk management, and finance operations, influencing strategic decisions and supporting growth in a listed business environment.

Build and scale MLOps infrastructure and CI/CD for ML models, support data pipelines, model training and serving on cloud, implement monitoring and automated retraining, optimise workflows for performance and scalability, and collaborate with data scientists and engineers to productionise ML solutions.
