The Outbound Customer Service Representative contacts customers to renew Protection+ service plans, educates them on benefits, and supports revenue retention through outbound engagement and inbound chat support.

Provide administrative support for new-hire onboarding from offer acceptance through initial weeks: prepare offer packets, collect documentation, schedule orientations, manage HRIS tasks, coordinate with payroll/IT/operations, maintain records, track progress, and improve onboarding processes.

Manage end-to-end employee benefits programs (health, dental, vision, life, STD/LTD, FSA/HSA, retirement), lead open enrollment and HRIS configuration, coordinate with payroll and vendors, ensure regulatory compliance (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA, HIPAA, etc.), support employees, develop communications, and participate in vendor RFPs and plan design analysis.
