Conducts on-site commercial and residential property assessments, including tree counts, basic tree identification, photographs, field notes, and operational observations. Organizes and uploads accurate property data in ArborNote and other systems to support estimating, sales, planning, and operations. Communicates findings to internal teams, follows safety procedures, represents the company professionally, and works independently outdoors across assigned local territories.

Safely mix, calibrate, load, and apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides using spray equipment. Identify plants, weeds, and insects; maintain equipment; document daily applications; follow regulatory and safety requirements; and complete required training. The role involves outdoor work in varying conditions, frequent physical activity, lifting over 75 pounds, and occasional additional hours.

Own content strategy and editorial calendar across email, SMS, website, blog and social. Write SEO-focused content and landing pages, manage email/SMS campaigns and automated journeys, analyze performance and run A/B tests, manage social community via Sprout Social, oversee local listings and review performance, and manage vendor/agency relationships (SEO, local listings, Yelp).
