Provide in-person and remote IT support across corporate and retail locations: install/configure devices, troubleshoot hardware/software, maintain networks (DNS/DHCP/routing/switching), manage POS and mobile devices via MobileIron, document work in Jira, perform equipment moves/RMAs, train users, manage inventory, and participate in on-call rotation and travel to stores.

Manage end-to-end employee benefits programs (health, dental, vision, life, STD/LTD, FSA/HSA, retirement), lead open enrollment and HRIS configuration, coordinate with payroll and vendors, ensure regulatory compliance (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA, HIPAA, etc.), support employees, develop communications, and participate in vendor RFPs and plan design analysis.

Make outbound calls to existing customers to review, educate, and process Protection+ plan renewals. Maintain CRM records, meet call and conversion goals, handle customer questions and objections, assist with inbound chat during peaks, and coordinate with retail and service teams to resolve issues.
