Regional EHS Manager responsible for maintaining safety standards across the Arizona region, managing incident reporting and investigations, conducting site inspections and audits, delivering and coordinating safety training, ensuring regulatory compliance (OSHA, DOT, EPA, Dept. of Agriculture), and implementing policies to reduce incidents.

Assists the Irrigation Foreman with residential and commercial irrigation installations, including trenching, digging, installing lines and components, using tools, maintaining job sites, and following safety procedures. Provides professional customer service while working outdoors in physically demanding conditions. Requires at least one year of irrigation or related landscaping experience, basic technical aptitude, dependability, and willingness to learn.

Safely mix, calibrate, load, and apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides using spray equipment. Identify plants, weeds, and insects; maintain equipment; document daily applications; follow regulatory and safety requirements; and complete required training. The role involves outdoor work in varying conditions, frequent physical activity, lifting over 75 pounds, and occasional additional hours.
