Hands-on role to assemble, bring up, calibrate, and debug generation-2 EV chargers and energy management systems. Perform electrical testing, functional validation, safety checks, root-cause troubleshooting, test procedure development, and support production ramp-up and pre-compliance data collection for certification.

Design and lead development of mixed-signal and power electronics for EV charging hardware, manage PCB design through production, coordinate suppliers and NRTL safety listings, support field deployments, collaborate with firmware and mechanical teams, and mentor junior engineers.

Research, draft, and manage grant applications to government, foundation, and corporate funders. Identify opportunities, write persuasive proposals and budgets, manage submission timelines and compliance, collaborate with leadership to gather data, maintain a grant tracking system, and prepare progress reports and impact summaries for awarded grants.
