Lead identification, curation, and integration of AI startups, technologies, and partners to activate Mitsui opportunity areas. Build and maintain ecosystem relationships, conduct strategic diligence, develop partnership recommendations, and drive initiatives from exploration to PoC, pilot, and integration. Represent the firm at events and support cross-functional teams.

Lead the Finance function for Moon Creative Lab, overseeing accounting, tax, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting while managing global financial processes.

Part-time contract Design/UX Researcher supporting research planning and execution (market, qualitative, user studies), synthesizing insights to inform product and business decisions, collaborating with design and business leads, and occasionally producing design concepts and prototypes.
