Build and productionize web and mobile applications for a first-mile operations platform. Responsibilities include prototyping, responsive bilingual web app delivery, API and live GPS integration, deployment, CI/CD, authentication, monitoring, error tracking, and technical architecture decisions. The role requires reliable real-time product development and infrastructure ownership, with collaboration across product, engineering, operations, and IT teams.

Own HRIS and core HR operations for the Palo Alto studio, including employee data, onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, benefits, leave, payroll updates, performance management, training, compliance, reporting, and recruiting coordination. Partner with Tokyo, Finance, IT, and Workplace teams to implement global initiatives, improve processes, support managers, and address workplace matters with discretion and sound judgment.

Lead the Finance function for Moon Creative Lab, overseeing accounting, tax, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting while managing global financial processes.
