Supervise and mentor case managers while performing clinical case management duties: attend IPPs and treatment meetings, chair family and discharge conferences, ensure compliant documentation, coordinate evaluations and discharge planning, advocate for patients, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, support staff development, and uphold accreditation and facility policies.

Lead clinical education and staff training for neurorehabilitation, optimize EMR/documentation, support program development and patient screening, provide licensed patient care as needed, coordinate community partnerships, and assist with compliance, research, and equipment procurement.

The Program Assistant provides supervision and care for patients, monitors behavior, assists with activities of daily living, and documents observations.
