Moody Neurorehabilitation Institute Benefits Overview

Provides direct nursing care to adults recovering from traumatic brain injuries. Responsibilities include patient assessments, medication administration oversight, wound care, documentation, patient education, emergency response, staff training, care-team communication, discharge support, and coordination with medical providers. The RN also monitors patient safety, behavior, functional status, and medication self-administration while ensuring compliance with licensing and accreditation requirements.

Provides 24-hour supervision and supportive care for neurorehabilitation patients in a residential setting. Monitors and documents behavior, activities of daily living, medication self-administration, incidents, and treatment responses. Implements therapeutic and behavior-management programs, assists therapy staff and emergency procedures, transports patients to appointments and activities, supports wheelchair transfers and water therapy, maintains patient safety and confidentiality, and completes required records, logs, and checklists.

Provides 24-hour supervision and residential care for neurorehabilitation patients. Observes, supports, and documents patient behavior, activities of daily living, medication self-administration, therapy participation, and community outings. Implements behavior-management programs, assists with transfers and emergency procedures, transports patients, maintains safety and confidentiality, completes required records, and supports clinical staff. Requires rotating-shift availability and the ability to assist patients in aquatic therapy.
