Serves as the office’s first point of contact by greeting visitors, answering calls, and assisting carriers and vendors. Supports insurance operations by processing certificate requests, routing documents, and managing mail. Maintains office supplies and spaces, assists with events, and completes special projects. Requires strong organization, multitasking, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills in a full-time in-office environment.

Rotational insurance internship providing exposure to Sales, Commercial Lines, Marketing, Accounting, Claims, Loss Control, Surety, and Employee Benefits. Interns assist with client research, sales calls, renewal meetings, claims activities, loss control visits, and clerical support. The program includes carrier visits, networking, mentorship, and professional development. This is an in-office, temporary position in Denver, Colorado, running June 7 through July 29, 2027.

Provides administrative and customer service support for commercial insurance accounts. Responsibilities include issuing certificates of insurance and auto ID cards, reviewing and delivering policy documents, and assisting the assigned account team. The role requires obtaining a property and casualty insurance license within 60 days and offers on-the-job training.
