Develops and improves company safety programs, policies, training, inspections, audits, and incident response processes. Ensures compliance with OSHA and other regulatory, client, and company requirements; investigates incidents; maintains records; supports job hazard analyses, safety plans, corrective actions, PPE programs, and safety committees. Provides guidance to field and office personnel, analyzes safety trends, supports client prequalification, and travels occasionally to project sites, including possible evening or weekend response.
