Teams at MOO

Manage UK employee lifecycle tasks including onboarding, contracts, performance probation administration, offboarding and exit interviews. Support HR systems (data imports, reports), payroll and pension compliance, Right to Work checks, employee engagement surveys, and contribute to People Team projects to improve processes and employee experience.

Produce high-quality bespoke print and digital layouts for business customers, collaborate with Sales/Production/Customer Success, troubleshoot print/file issues, meet strict turnarounds, and maintain brand and production standards while supporting US-market hours.

Provide technical leadership across MOO’s ecommerce and post-purchase ecosystem, shaping architecture from storefront and checkout through manufacturing, fulfillment, shipping, and customer service. Lead scaling, reliability, observability, migration, data coherence, and peak-trading readiness. Establish AI-assisted development standards and guardrails, mentor senior engineers, facilitate design reviews, and align Product, Operations, Customer Service, Platform, and Engineering stakeholders on measurable improvements.
