Lead complex AML and high-risk account investigations, recommend Suspicious Transaction Reports, make risk-based onboarding decisions, perform ongoing due diligence, and provide financial crime expertise across operational teams. Role requires Spanish fluency and work within UK remote schedule including weekend rota.

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of cross-team payments products. Define roadmaps, manage dependencies, timelines, risks and stakeholders. Drive decisions to remove blockers, ensure operational effectiveness, and propose technical solutions. Dive into data and architecture to make informed trade-offs and deliver value for users.

Support and administer Monzo’s UK and global benefits and pension programmes. Manage renewals, implement new benefits, ensure compliance, liaise with brokers/vendors and internal stakeholders, respond to employee queries, analyze benefits data, and lead communication and engagement for Monzonauts.
