Lead the strategic direction and delivery of Monzo’s consumer growth product domain, including acquisition, sign-up, onboarding, activation, and referrals. Build experimentation capabilities, define multi-cycle product vision, and deliver measurable customer and business impact. The role requires cross-functional leadership across engineering, design, data, marketing, legal, compliance, and fincrime, along with mentoring and coaching product managers.

Own the roadmap and execution for Monzo’s Finance Infrastructure within Payments Platform. Translate finance, accounting, operational, and regulatory needs into scalable financial systems supporting ledgers, reconciliation, reporting, controls, multiple products, entities, currencies, and markets. Partner with Engineering, Finance, Payments, Product, and Operations leaders, prioritize competing needs, and develop long-term platform strategy for critical banking infrastructure.

Leads Monzo’s consumer growth product strategy, focusing on acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, and referrals. Owns product vision, experimentation, metrics, and customer outcomes while collaborating with engineering, design, data, research, marketing, legal, and compliance teams.
