Own financial control and accounting processes, including software capitalization, impairment assessments, month-end close, group consolidation, management commentary, audits, product accounting, accounting policies, chart of accounts integrity, and process automation. Build and maintain Monzo’s public website, scalable international web infrastructure, component library, and content management system. The role requires fluent written and spoken English and Spanish, strong financial crime leadership experience, and expertise in UK and EU financial crime risks.
