Teams at Monumental

Lead the performance and talent development at Monumental, designing performance cycles, coaching managers, and implementing equitable compensation frameworks to support company growth.

Own day-to-day people and finance operations, including onboarding, payroll and equity administration, contracts, leave, visas, invoices, monthly close, compliance, safety, and supplier payments. Maintain accurate records, respond to employee questions, meet Dutch regulatory deadlines, and automate repetitive processes using systems and AI. Support recruiting, business development, and other high-priority startup initiatives while progressively taking on broader business operations responsibilities.

Manage robotic construction deployments from planning through delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating robots, personnel, subcontractors, and construction stakeholders; overseeing onsite teams; managing customer relationships; building operational systems; owning deployment P&L and unit economics; improving processes and margins; supporting business growth; and hiring operators. The role requires hands-on execution in chaotic construction environments, strong leadership and communication, analytical and project-management skills, and native Dutch fluency.
