Build internal product tools for robot fleet scheduling, site logistics, and manufacturing. Own features end-to-end: prototype, implement, deploy, and iterate. Write typed production TypeScript and React, debug issues, deploy and maintain backend services, and collaborate with hardware, controls, and operations teams to move prototypes into production.

Own the top of Monumental’s recruiting funnel, primarily for robot operators and technicians. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, screening CVs and applications, conducting first-round calls, maintaining the Ashby ATS, scheduling interviews, managing candidate experience, and supporting recruiting events. The role offers increasing ownership of full-cycle searches as recruiting judgment and autonomy develop.

Own day-to-day people and finance operations, including onboarding, payroll and equity administration, contracts, leave, visas, invoices, monthly close, compliance, safety, and supplier payments. Maintain accurate records, respond to employee questions, meet Dutch regulatory deadlines, and automate repetitive processes using systems and AI. Support recruiting, business development, and other high-priority startup initiatives while progressively taking on broader business operations responsibilities.
