Monumental Benefits Overview

Build and maintain full-stack software across robot firmware, backend services, and web UI. Debug production issues, own infrastructure (bare-metal, NixOS, deploy tooling), create observability and tooling, and improve data infrastructure including an in-house typed document database and ClickHouse.

Build internal product-facing web apps and tools for managing robot fleets, site logistics and manufacturing. Own features end-to-end: prototype, implement (TypeScript/React, Rust), deploy backend services, debug production issues, and iterate with operations and hardware teams.

The Exec Ops role at Monumental involves working closely with the CEO on various projects, problem-solving, automating processes, improving online presence, and ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced construction tech environment.
