Monumental Benefits Overview

The Exec Ops role at Monumental involves working closely with the CEO on various projects, problem-solving, automating processes, improving online presence, and ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced construction tech environment.

Deploy, debug, and iterate on construction robots in the field. Own end-to-end technical deployments: identify site-specific issues, implement software/hardware fixes, test on robots, and roll out improvements across the fleet. Act as the company ambassador on-site and contribute product insights.

Design, prototype, test, and productionize mechatronic robotic systems for on-site autonomous construction. Scope concepts, select actuators/sensors, integrate electronics and firmware, iterate in the workshop and live construction sites, and lead small multidisciplinary efforts toward robust, deployable hardware.
