Own production reliability for a regulated fintech bank by leading incident response, overseeing offshore production support, maintaining observability and alert quality, debugging distributed systems, improving resilience and performance, conducting post-incident reviews, and automating operational toil. The role also requires using AI tools for alert correlation, root-cause analysis, and runbook generation.

Own the technical roadmap and architecture for Monument’s Savings product, leading a team of engineers building scalable, resilient financial systems. Responsibilities include designing and shipping features, setting engineering standards, mentoring and line managing engineers, evaluating AI developer tools, ensuring regulatory compliance, and advising the CTO on technical risks and decisions.

Own Monument’s Savings growth engine, driving active clients, balances, and net new deposits. Lead the Flywheel roadmap across auto-save, account sweeps, referrals, minimum balances, onboarding, funding, servicing, and engagement. Run data-driven experiments, improve retention, ensure FCA and Consumer Duty compliance, and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to deliver measurable commercial growth.
